Started taking these a few weeks postpartum and have noticed a difference with the tiredness and energy levels. I’m also breastfeeding and really found it difficult to find a supplement with good quality ingredients that supports that. I do notice a difference if I don’t take them for a few days, definitely worth the investment.

Pretty much obsessed with this product! I cannot recommend it enough. I have been using this for 3 months now and the difference is night and day!! Entering Peri menopause has my hormones recking havoc , and this is the only thing that is genuinely helping with my mood swings and my energy levels. When you look at all the supplements they have packed into one dosage it’s really incredible. I stopped taking it for a week as I was moving house and I even noticed a decline in my sleep. A fantastic product!

Its my second month on gigi and I have noticed a difference in energy. I much prefer the lemon 🍋 to the blood orange flavour. Definitely helps with symptoms before your period is due.

Loving the new tropical flavour of the Gigi advanced blend, my favourite flavour yet! It has such an incredible profile of ingredients so I’m hoping to see continued cycle regularity and lack of pms symptoms that I saw with the original Gigi blend and the prenatal capsules!

I love both flavours, lemon and the blood orange. As someone who hates drinking powders I really enjoy having my daily gigi. It dissolves quickly and tastes lovely. It’s made such an improvement to my pms and mood. I can’t recommend it enough.
Having been getting my period for 17 years, most of the time I get really bad pains. Doctors visits and hospital visits over the years being prescribed pain killers stronger than you can get over the counter to help. I tried gigi supplements, im half way through my second box and have gotten my period twice since taking it with no pains whatsoever! I can not recommend giving it a go enough! Thank you so much xxx
I’ve been taking Gigi almost every day for the past month and this period my boobs swelled 3 days before my period (it’s usually 9/10) and I had no pain to the point I suddenly had my period (my whole life I’ve had pains before as a sign it’s on the way). The flavour blood orange is definitely my favourite, the best route to drinking is get a hand blender to help dissolve the powder.
The difference between my PMS symptoms when I am taking gigi vs when I'm not is insane! Not to mention having way more energy and mental clarity when I'm taking gigi. If anyone is on the fence, it is definitely worth trying.
Absolutely loving the new Gigi preconception and pregnancy blend! I’ve really looked into it and the quality of ingredients compared to all the other brands on the market is just amazing, so clean with minimal filler ingredients! Also one of the only prenatals I could find with no biotin. Have been taking for just over a month and my last cycle was so fine, no spotting and barely any PMS. Repurchased already.
I don’t go anywhere without my Gigi! Been on the regular PMS & Hormone blend for over a year and last month switched to this now that I’m looking to get pregnant. I’m loving it and it’s so easy to take being capsules. Gigi has been a life saver for my and rollercoaster hormones ☺️

I absolutely love this product. I’ve massively struggled with cramping and hormonal acne in the past. I’ve been taking GiGi now for over a month and already see a massive difference. My bloating as reduced and an added bonus is my sleep. I always woke up throughout the night and I’ve never slept as good. I take mine just before bed and sleep without any disturbances. I wake up the next morning feeling energised and with no bloat💛 also the team at GiGi are fantastic. I've struggled with iron supplements for years and have tried what feels like every option available. Gigi isn’t like another supplement.. as a pharmacist, I am very passionate about ingredients and making sure you are getting high quality key nutrients in the right form.. the blend mixed really well and I find myself craving it when I wake up now 😂 I’m entering the perimenopause stage and my energy levels, skin, hair, joints, muscles all feel slightly off so this is a big help to regulate and revitalise.. big fan, keep up the good work guys ❤️

Absolutely love to have the gigi supplement each morning, I definitely feel much better for taking it. I have pcos and its helps with my cycle, I do feel the little sachets to taste them are handy to see what flavour would suit , but are expensive. Maybe you try do a box of variety sackets for maybe a lower price
Gigi has honestly changed my life!! What Jennie & Lisa have created is just magic, I have been taking it for well over 12 months now and my cycle has completely regulated and all my pms symptoms have disappeared.
I’ve been using Gigi for 2 periods now and I definitely see the benefits. I usually get chin acne round my period and I haven’t gotten it since using Gigi. I’ve also felt less bloating during the lead up to my period which is good!
Gigi pre conception and pregnancy blend is absolutely amazing. Iv tried quite a few other brands which have left a queasy bloated feeling. Its such peace of mind taking gigi knowing 3 capsules contains all the most important vitamins needed for that day. Its also very reasonably priced compared to other brands that do not contain the RDA recomended for pre conception and during pregnancy.

Last Month was the first time ever i did not have to take paracetamol while on my period thanks to Gigi! The new tube packaging does not stay closed is the only downfall, the old packaging was more convenient.

I have been using GiGi for about 3 months. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I have been surprised in such a good way. I have PMDD, so my PMS can be very highened. It really helps ease my bloating, I feel calmer also during this time.i have also noticed my skin is alot calmer over my period where as before it would be sore and I would get alot of break outs . Taste wise I have tried both flavours but the blood orange is my favorite. Tastes amazing.

I’ve been really happy with the Pre-Conception & Pregnancy Blend so far. I have no problem taking the 3 capsules a day, and the tablet size is great and easy to take. I’m feeling really good with them and haven’t had any issues at all. My energy levels have been great, and they don’t leave any weird aftertaste like other vitamins I’ve tried. Also, the packaging is beautiful and delivery was super fast. Will repurchase x
