When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase. Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive within 3- 5 business days] for standard delivery.

Delivery costs a flat €2 to Ireland (£2 to the UK) from 3 November 2026. DPD courier stays at €8.50. Existing subscribers keep their current delivery price; only new orders and new subscriptions get €2. Orders over €55 still ship free, and subscribers keep free shipping as set out in the Subscriber rewards terms.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship products within Ireland using An Post, to the UK using Royal Mail and to the EU using local carriers, We also ship to Australia and Nz

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven't received this email, please check your junk or spam folder.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 days of your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch with us and we'll look into it straight away. You can reach us via the chat icon on our website.
