How the Gigi journey works
Every Gigi subscription earns rewards as your orders add up. Gifts are packed into the order that reaches them, so nothing is posted separately and nothing ships without an order. This page sets out exactly what you get, when, and the few rules that keep it fair.

Who takes part
Every active PMS & Hormone Balance Blend subscription bought on gigisupplements.com on the Monthly plan, or on the Every 3 months plan with two or more tubs in the box, is on the journey. Each subscription has its own journey; if you hold two, they count separately.
How rewards arrive
Each gift is packed into the order listed above and appears on your order confirmation as a €0.00 line. Your free tub is taken off the price of the order that reaches it, and your Hormone Balance Guide is sent by email. We do not post gifts on their own. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or credit, and cannot be moved to another order or another person.
Free shipping
From the order that unlocks it, standard shipping is free on every subscription order for as long as that subscription stays active, for deliveries to Ireland and the UK. This applies to both plans. Deliveries to other countries pay standard shipping. It does not cover customs charges or express options where offered.
Your free tub
On the order that reaches it, one tub of PMS & Hormone Balance Blend is free: we take the price of one tub off that order. On the Monthly plan that is your 12th order. On the Every 3 months plan it is your 4th box, so a box of three tubs costs the price of two. The saving is one tub, whatever the size of your box, and it applies to that one order only. Shipping and any other products in the order are charged as usual.
Your Hormone Balance Guide
The Hormone Balance Guide is a digital guide from our Registered Nutritional Therapists. We email it to you after your 2nd order on the Monthly plan, or with your first box on the Every 3 months plan. It is not posted in your box.
The Exclusive Gigi Cap
The Gigi Cap is made for subscribers on the Every 3 months plan and is not sold in the store. If it is out of stock when your third order ships, we will send it to you as soon as it is back in stock.
Keeping your progress
Orders are counted from the day your subscription starts. For subscriptions that started before the journey launched, counting starts on 29 October 2026, the day the journey launched, and earlier orders do not count, so every subscriber begins the journey together.
Skipping or pausing an order keeps your place; the next order you receive picks up where you left off. Cancelling ends the journey, and if you subscribe again later you start from order 1. If you change how often you receive your box, your order count carries over and your journey continues.
Returns and refunds
Rewards belong to the order they came with. If that order is refunded in full under our refund policy, we may ask for the reward to be returned or deduct its value from the refund. Our 60-Day Happiness Guarantee is not affected.
Availability and changes
If a reward is unavailable we may substitute one of equal or greater value, or add it to a later order. We may change or end the journey for future orders; if we do, we will update this page and email active subscribers first. Rewards you have already reached are always honoured.
