  • Ideally, we recommend starting at least 3 months before you begin trying to conceive. This
    gives your body time to build up optimal nutrient levels before pregnancy. That said, it's
    never too late to start. The powder supports you all the way through pregnancy and into
    postpartum too!

  • Simply add 1 level scoop (6.7g) to 200–400ml of water, juice or a smoothie. Take it daily,
    after a meal - morning or evening, whichever works best for you. If you're also taking Gigi's
    Iron Capsules, take them at the opposite time of day for the best absorption.

  • The Advanced Powder has been designed for women who have been on their journey a little
    longer, those beginning their TTC journey later in life, or anyone looking for additional
    antioxidant support. If you want a max-strength formula with a broader nutrient profile, this is
    it!

  • We've packed 23 premium, bio-active nutrients into every scoop, in their most absorbable
    forms, at optimal doses. That includes Methylfolate (Quatrefolic®) instead of synthetic folic
    acid, vitamin D, zinc, magnesium, and premium antioxidants like Zealutein® (lutein &
    zeaxanthin) that most prenatal supplements simply don't include. Every ingredient has been

  • The Advanced Powder includes a powerful antioxidant complex - Zealutein® (lutein &
    zeaxanthin), Mixed Tocopherols (natural vitamin E), and vitamins C, E, zinc, copper and
    selenium. Antioxidants help protect your cells from oxidative stress, which can be elevated
    during pregnancy. Zealutein® in particular supports eye and brain development in your baby,
    as these carotenoids accumulate in the retina and brain. The mixed tocopherols provide
    broad-spectrum vitamin E protection, supporting maternal cardiovascular health and overall
    antioxidant coverage throughout pre-conception, pregnancy and breastfeeding.

  • Iron isn't included in the Advanced Powder, as iron requirements vary significantly from
    woman to woman and too much iron can cause digestive upset. Iron also competes for
    absorption with nutrients such as calcium. We recommend pairing the powder with Gigi's
    Iron Capsules if your levels need support - ideally based on a blood test result.
