Do I take the blend every day or just on the days I have premenstrual symptoms?
Every day! We often experience symptoms as a result of nutrients being lower than what is considered optimal. Vitamins and minerals need time to build up in your system to be as effective as they can be!
Is the blend good for overall hormonal health?
Yes, very! Our Blend contains all of the most researched and effective nutrients for hormonal regulation. These include magnesium, inositol, zinc, B6 & vitamin D.
Would the PMS & Hormone Blend be good if you have Endometriosis?
Yes! Vitamin D, antioxidants like vitamins C and E and magnesium are some of the most supportive nutrients for Endometriosis - our Blend contains all of these nutrients. Aquamin will also support digestive health which can often be a struggle with Endometriosis.

Yes, all of the nutrients are safe during breastfeeding but we always recommend that you check with your healthcare provider!
Is the Blend safe while trying to conceive?
Yes, our Blend provides an excellent base while trying to conceive. We recommend taking extra folate while trying to conceive, as 400iu is the recommended dose. Additional B12 would also be recommended when TTC.
Will the PMS & Hormone Balance Blend help with hormonal breakouts?
Our blend contains zinc, vitamin C, B6, dandelion and vitamin D which all support hormonal breakouts and overall skin health.
Is the blend suitable for peri-menopause?
While the blend is not specifically formulated for peri-menopause there are lots of ingredients that are very helpful such as magnesium and B vitamins for tiredness and energy levels. Vitamin C is also very helpful as HRT commonly depletes it! The inositol is also excellent for supporting blood sugar levels and helping to reduce cravings!
Can I take the Blend when on the pill?
Yes, we formulated our blend to be safe and effective to take while on hormonal contraception like the pill. Always speak with your doctor or healthcare provider when adding new supplements to your routine when taking medication.
