Here’s our favorite time: we love taking Gigi in the evening, right after dinner. Not only does it ensure our stomachs are ready, but we also get the extra benefit of magnesium. 2. Can I take other supplements with Gigi?
We completely get it — you’ve got your routine with other supplements, and you’re wondering if it’s okay to add Gigi into the mix. Great news: you can absolutely take Gigi alongside other supplements like Iron, Omega-3s, Collagen & Probiotics, no problem at all! There’s no need to worry about compatibility here!

Iron: If your healthcare professional has recommended an iron supplement, you’re all good to take it alongside Gigi. In fact, the reason Gigi doesn’t contain iron is that most of us are already getting enough iron from our diets to cover our daily needs! So, go ahead and continue your iron routine without any trouble.
Omega-3s: You’re in the clear here too! Omega-3 is a fantastic anti-inflammatory powerhouse that complements Gigi’s benefits, especially when it comes to supporting healthy skin. Taking both will support your body in different ways, and they work wonderfully together. So, feel free to take your Omega-3 with Gigi, no issues there!
Collagen: Yes! Collagen is another great supplement to pair with Gigi. Whether you're looking to support your skin, joints, or overall elasticity, collagen works beautifully alongside the blend. This combo can help you look and feel your best from the inside out.

3. Is Gigi safe to take while trying to conceive?
Absolutely — Gigi is safe to take while you’re trying to conceive! The blend of nutrients in Gigi is actually very supportive during this exciting (and sometimes nerve-wracking!) time. From hormone balance to overall wellness, it’s packed with the good stuff that can help your body thrive as it prepares for pregnancy.
However, there’s one important thing to note: while Gigi does contain 200µg of folic acid (in the form of methyl-folate, which is a more bioavailable form), the recommended daily intake of folic acid when trying to conceive is 400µg. So, to meet that goal, we suggest adding an additional 200µg of methyl-folate/folic acid to your routine.
As for taking Gigi during pregnancy, we always recommend switching to a pregnancy-specific multivitamin, as your nutrient needs change quite a bit during this time. But don’t worry — our blend is a great option for the postpartum period, and it’s completely safe to take while breastfeeding! So, once your little one arrives, Gigi can continue to support your recovery and wellness journey.
4. Is Gigi good to take during perimenopause?
Absolutely — Gigi is great to take during perimenopause! While it isn’t specifically formulated for perimenopause, the blend of ingredients in Gigi can still offer valuable support during this transitional phase.
Let’s break it down:
Magnesium and B vitamins are key players in this blend and can be a real game-changer for combating tiredness and boosting your energy levels, something many women experience during perimenopause. Vitamin C is also a great addition, especially since HRT (hormone replacement therapy) can deplete it.
